THE ECOSHACK: Organic Morning Standard Oats. Oats are a fantastic breakfast food. Can be eaten as porridge with the addition of fruits or jams or soaked overnight for a cold, quick breakfast. Can also be ground down to a flour and used to make Oat crackers. Product packaged in the same area as nuts. Store in airtight container in a cool dry place
