Mung Beans, Organic 500g
THE ECOSHACK: Organic Mung Beans. Mung beans are small legumes, in the same family as beans and lentils. They have a slightly sweet, nutty flavor and are great in soups and salads. Rinse 1 cup Mung Beans. Place in a medium size pot and add 3 cups of water or stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until tender, about 20 minutes or until tender. Product packaged in the same area as nuts.
