HERD BUTCHERY: BBQ marinated, free range pork shoulder for pulled pork 1.5kg. Ready to Cook! Place in a slower cooking or casserole dish for slow roasting. Pack contains sliced onions. Just open and put everything in a casserole/slow cooker with a cup of water or chicken stock. Directions: For slow cooker, cook for 6hrs on high or 8hrs on low. For oven cooking, place in a casserole dish in the oven at 150c for 5 hours. Makes enough pulled pork for 6-8 people. Wheat and Gluten Free. Suitable for freezing.
