ANNALEE ORGANCIS: This red cabbage is known as a storage cabbage, but it can also be eaten fresh. The red heads have a dense, firm structure. It's fresh crunch is a great addition to salads and slaws. It will keep well for a fortnight stored somewhere cool and dark, or in the fridge. Harvested day of collection. Certified Organic. Picked fresh on collection day. Wash before use.
