ANNALEE ORGANIC: Seasonal star grown in Lisboduff by Cathal from Annalee Organics. Eat the leaves and the stalks as well as the beautiful purple flower buds. Just trim away any particularly woody ends of the stalks. Purple sprouting broccoli is incredibly nutritious. Purple sprouting broccoli can be roasted, steamed or fried as a gorgeous, dark green, leafy side dish. It is amazingly tasty paired with citrus and nuts. It really works well in stir fries with ginger, garlic and chilli. Certified Organic.
